Q) How can I order on your website?

  • You'll see Buy it Now button on every product page. Simple click that to proceed to checkout page.
OR
  • If you wish to buy more than one article, click Add to Cart on product page of each article. On the top right corner, you'll see the cart button; click that to proceed to checkout page.

Confirm all the products with the quantities. Add your Name, Phone, Email and Address and click on Complete Order to finish the procedure.

Q) What is your delivery time?

Delivery time is between 6 to 7 working days.

Q) What are the shipping charges?

Rs.200 delivery charges all over Pakistan. For overseas shipping, please contact on our insta or WhatsApp for shipping rates according to your country. For overseas shipping, payment will be collected in advance via bank transfer.

Q) What is your refund policy?

If you want to return your parcel and get a refund, you need to message us on insta or WhatsApp within 2 days after your parcel is delivered. You'll have to ship the parcel to our address and share the tracking number with us. Once we receive the parcel and it's checked that it's unused and in the same condition in which it was sent, we'll refund you the amount via Bank Transfer, Jazzcash or Easypaisa. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded. 

Q) Can I exchange my outfit in case of incorrect size?

Yes, it can be exchanged depending upon the availability but please note that delivery charges will apply on that. You'll have to ship the parcel to our address and share the tracking number with us. Once we receive the parcel and it's checked that it's unused and in the same condition in which it was sent, we'll dispatch you another dress with your required size. Also, we request you to please confirm the size chart before ordering, mention on every product page.

Q) What payment methods do you offer?

For now, we only offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and Bank Transfer. We're working on bringing other payment options for you as soon as possible.
