Return and Exchange
At Apparel, we strive to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely happy with your order, we offer return and exchange to make your shopping experience smooth and hassle-free.
Return Policy
- You may return any item within 2 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Returns are not accepted for items that have been used or damaged after delivery.
- If you want to return your parcel and get a refund, you need to message us on insta or WhatsApp within 2 days after your parcel is delivered. You'll have to ship the parcel to our address and share the tracking number with us. Once we receive the parcel and it's checked that it's unused and in the same condition in which it was sent, we'll refund you the amount via Bank Transfer, Jazzcash or Easypaisa. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded.
Exchange Policy
- For any exchanges, you'll have to ship the parcel to our address and share the tracking number with us. Once we receive the parcel and it's checked that it's unused and in the same condition in which it was sent, we'll dispatch you another dress with your required size. Also, we request you to please confirm the size chart before ordering, mention on every product page.
- Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
